More than likely, I will get him to build me a box for a single sub. I don't know if you heard his single 10, but that thing hits really hard. I have enough highs and mids to keep up with it too, so you can hear the music other than just hear the bass. A friend of mine growing up used 6x9s in his doors and a high powered deck and then had 2 Kicker 10's in a sealed box behind his seat of a Toyo pick up. The bass was awesome, but it sucked in that there was alternator whine really bad and that when the bass would hit, you couldn't hear the ******* lyrics!! You only heard it between beats, but he was all show and knew nothing of sound quality or in this case, quantity. He was just some spoiled brat who didn't know and still doesn't, how good he has it.

Man i wish i had more money than i do know. B/c i wanna buy so many things. but after i get a better sub set-up than i will worry about getting some speakers for the doors. But what i really need is a new head unit. cuz with the system i have now after a certain volume my cd's will skip so bad.(too much bass for the stock hu to handle).

hahaha. Patience is a virtue. lol. I just got a call today from adventon that they are shipping my intake tomorrow. I ordered it 2 1/2 weeks ago. oh well. hopes it comes soon. i want to install something in my car. aaaaahhhhh!

By replacing your HU, you will notice a pretty good increase in both volume and sound quality because aftermarket ones use a little bit bigger amplifier. You wish you had more money? Welcome to the real world! LOL Relax, it only gets worse! Try being 31 and being divorced and barely making it by and being in the hole financially at the same time. Peanut butter and jelly any one.
