Hello,
We've recently come thru a real cold spell up here in New England. On a recent morning as I was heading to work (0 degrees F outside), my stock speakers started making all sorts of static noise. The CD that was being played had been in the player overnight, so I suspect it wasn't a condensation-on-warm-cd problem. The noise when away in about 1 mile, but it was very bad and noticible. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm having the same problem... is something broken or is it supposed to do that?

Could be a condensation problem anyway.

The player will heat up quickly, which could cause condensation on a cold CD - think cold soda can in a warm environment.....

If it persists, see what the dealer says.
