How are you all making the clear corners for the 1st gens, do they have the yellow inserts that you take out.

 

clear corners aren't made by pulling out inserts like many cars...and despite what some idiots think, you can't bleach color out of color impregnated plastics. the only way to get clear corners is to pull off the old amber lens and mold a new clear on on. unfortunately, there was a group buy for this about 4 or 5 months ago, but none remain for sale. sorry to say, but you're **** out of luck.

If they were made before shouldn't there be a mold somewhere? And if so, can we get in contact with that company and start another group buy if enough interest is there?

 

it was a guy who works with plexiglass that was doing the corners, i think i heard he might still do them but they wouldn't be as cheap as they were with the group buy. you could always go with the E-Specs i like the looks on those.

 

what are e-specs and where do i find those?
