If you're just looking at changing the bulbs, it's pretty easy, if you stick your head under the car, you should see a black bolt that holds the fog lamp in. You may or may not have to remove a plastic covering that may be in the way. Once the bolt's removed, the fog lamp is essentially out. From the front, you should be able to pull the light out far enough to get at the lens screws (with wiring still attached). Tilt the fog lamp so that you can get at both the lens screws (just behind the lens, kinda on the backside of the fog lamp), undo those and the lens should come off and voila, there's your bulb!!
Hope this helps!!

You'll have to pull down the splash shield, but it's just clipped on. Other than that, you should be able to figure out the rest yourself once you get under there.

Just for reference, my splash guard was screwed on, so it sounds like there are a couple different types, but either way, it's simple to get off.
