Lightbulb Audi H.I.D in 03' P5

I Bought an 03' MP5 Lazer Blue three days ago and was going to buy some new H7 bulbs and remembered that i had some H.I.D's out of an Audi so i tried to see if they would fit and they snapped right in and they look very good, THE ONLY PROBLEM , TO GET THEM WILL COST ABOUT $2000! BUT I WORK AT A BODY SHOP AND GOT THEM OUT OF A WRECKED AUDI.

hello padanky and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to our Club. There are TWO BIG fridge'S in the corner with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have.

make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

good find....do you know what model audi, what year model?

do you have some part numbers off of the parts?

Are you talking about a D2S bulb just fitting right into your H7 socket???

Even IF that did work, that bulb would be placed waaaay too wrong in the reflector and would give you the crappiest beam pattern ever, not to mention the most glare in the world.

i did have to re-aim the lights, but they look great on the road and i have only been flashed twice, and the first time i had my fog lights on! they make a nicer beam than you would think. AND HEY , THEY ARE REAL H.I.D NOT $30 FAKES!

Well, I wont go on about how seriously illegal those would be, but good job I guess.

Good way to have to look but not full results of an HID I would think.
