Another Gauge Question - What Are Your Thoughts?

I'm going to order a gauge pod and would like to include Oil Temp, Oil Pressure, and either Water Temp or Volts.

Volts would be easy enough to wire in, but with oil temp for example, would I just put a temp sensor in the oil pan or what? I've heard with press. you can just tap the existing sensor, and for water temp would I be able to do the same?

Volts could go right from the battery somewhere inline, and an Oil Pressure would need to feed off the stock sensor by splicing into it.

As for the rest, that's kinda why I asked the questions in my first post.
