Question Eibach lowering springs

iii!!!iii TO ALL MP5 MOD EXPERTS iii!!!iii

Dumb question, but have to ask.

Will the eibach 'pro kit' lowering springs affect my warranty?

And also will I need new suspension with the eibach, or can I keep the old ones?

The lowering springs may void certain suspension parts of your warranty. They may accelerate stock shock wear, (I think I heard that due to the stock struts dampening levels) but not to the point where they would need replaced before your warranty is up. Also if you go with a reputable brand, which you mentioned, you should have no problem with the suspension bottoming out and damaging the strut perch. If that would happen it would most likely not be covered under your warranty. Springs have been a recommended mod for cars for a while, and are now manufactured for each car specifically, so you don't need to worry about damaging any other part of the suspension with them.
