let us know how it rides too. how much difference from stock? are you putting the springs on yourself?

i ahd the dealer put otn eh springs. my bud work there and he did it for 150 including alignment. it rides well. you will notice the diff from stock as soon as you strat to drive . but it is nto toochoppy. and it gives you a nice agressive look.

can you feel the bumps more then or what? i'm hesitant to buy because my previous car was bigger and i'm still getting used to the "stiffer" ride that the protege has. i don't want to make it worse. i love the look with the springs though. any thoughts?

aaron: yes teh bump are a lil more pronounced however they can be calmed by gettin after market shocks i believe. i am running stock and the ride is nice and firmer. and i like it. not as smooth but it is great.
and to cactus:
i got them off ebay for 185 including shipping and the install was 150 for me including alignment. so i got a pretty decent deal. there is a couple places that i am getti parts through so i can try and check for ou email you info for ur car and i can check it out .

Pete... they won't affect your warranty. Before the dealer denies your warranty, they have to prove that the *modification* caused the problem. I don't think the springs are going to put you into that position. It's when you shifter fork bends (seems to be happening) they probably won't even look at the springs long enough to know they aren't stock.

I'm planning on getting a set of just the same. Since we are in proximity, maybe we should plan to get together to install them at the same time... nothing like an extra set of hands to get the job done.
