Read up a little higher there boys... (j/k) Look inside the centre armrest. On the inside of the lid is a clip for your important papers. I read it here and went out to see for myself, lo and behold, there it was, larger than life!

If you're in a P5 with the factory alarm, it will not impress her, since unlocking the passenger door doesn't disable the alarm.

found out about the relocking feature when I was taking off the cover to my car. Unlocked the doors, took the cover off go to get in the car and the doors are locked. I'm thinking "I know I unlocked the door WTF?

Took me three times takeing off the cover to figger out what was going on.

BTW I keep my insurance and registration on the clip, uh and court info for the two tickets I got since owning my P5. This is a car that loves run

I had a similar thing with my aftermarket moonroof. It has an auto-close feature - about 10 seconds after you shut off the car, the roof closes itself. Very nice feature, but had me scratching my head the first day I got the car. There I am, cruising around to some friends' houses, and every time I come back out to show off my new ride, the roof is closed when I had it open. WTF?!?! So I finally sat in the car after shutting it down, and realized the roof closes itself.

It was a nightmare when I first discovered this relocking feature of my factory keyless entry.

It was a hot summer day, I went into a grocery store for a bottle of water and since it's so hot outside I just left the engine running to keep the A/C on. After a min I went back to the car I was completely freak out, THE DOORS ARE LOCKED !!!!!!! Finally my roommate brought me the spare key from home, took me 40 mins wait time.

So remember, if you are leaving your keys inside and engine running, make sure you either open the windows or you have a passenger in the car.

Ummmmmmmm. At least in the US the automatic locking feature is only if the doors have just been unlocked by the keyless entry system. It waits 30 seconds for someone to open a door (any door) and then if nobody opens a door it locks them for you. I don't know how you got yourself locked out of your car like that.

Another thing I found out about the P5 is when you open the door with the key, I could never get all the doors to open. (I don't take the key fob with me to the gym). If you hold the key in the unlock position for 2 full seconds, all the doors open, not just the drivers.

Stocker.

Did you find it yet?

Hold my money, inside the armrest when you flip it open you'll see what I'm talking about.......

any other neat things that people might not have discovered at first???

First thing I noticed were the rear door panels that had a thing where speakers could go, but there was no speakers

Wow, I just went outside to look for the clip in the armrest, not because I didn't believe it was there I just wanted to check. I feel pretty stupid now having had no idea that it was there. I also didn't know about the holding the key in the door to have it unlock all the doors because I almost always use the keyless entry, but it's good to know. I love learning new things about my car!

The honk on the second lock pulse just confirms that the doors are locked.

When I turn the key to unlock two time it will also open all the doors. I never noticed the clip before. When I get home next week I will have to check it out. Right now I am on vacation and am missing my car and driving.
