The past few days, it has struggled to stay in the teens here. Woke up this morning, and the temperature outside was 8 degrees. On cold mornings like that, the right side door lock sometimes sticks (does not lock or unlock with a press of the keyless entry). (perhaps a little moisture got in there?) After driving for a little bit, it thaws out and starts working again. All things considered, that's not too bad.

Anybody agree with me, that the paint on our cars is especially fragile? It seems to chip pretty easily on my front bumper and hood - more so on other cars that I have owned. Could be the brick-shaped front bumper, though.

Well...the paint on the Vivid Yellow is very, very crappy (as expressed by my paint and body repair guy).

Same thing happens with my door.

3 small chips on my front hood in 29K km's driven on my '02. I guess that's not too bad.

My trunk switch won't open the trunk, but maybe that's b/c of the huge wing... I have that same rattle in the rear deck, not very loud though, there is one in the rear drivers side door though, if you "press" on the door, it quits for a good 20 minutes or so.. very annoying. solution=turn radio up.

My complaints regarding my 2002 P5:
Intermittent wipers - that link to the fix isn't working, anyone know the working link?
wipers in general
unheated mirrors
too long and too much throw in the gear shift - short shift soon as spring arrives
bucking in first & second gear
cup holder can't handle high g turns
doors freeze shut
i can **** harder than the rear washer jet
very short clutch pedal travel
mine sucks in the snow, looking at getting winter tires

One guy's opinion.

What does he mean by "crappy?" Mine looks good so far.

Lol, spoken like someone who's never had the sh*t scared out of him because he can't stop in time to avoid the 18-wheeler jackknifed in front of him on a highway
*sigh* I was like that once.

I know what you mean, I'm looking into snow tires after sliding through an intersection and just missing being plowed over by a truck! My o'****-o-meter was pegged!

you know snow tires help only so much if you're staring down an intersection of nothin but ice, snow tires won't mean diddly squat.
