Are there any important callbacks on the 2002 pro

Hi I have a 2002 Pro Se which i have only put 10500Kms on it and would like to know if there has been any call backs for the 1.6L model. I was The Car all in all is still in good condition but a piece of rubber from the cup holder came off and there is a wierd vibration in the drivers door (big bumps or lots of bass). I have noticed that when there is more than a 5 passengers(actually 7) in the car the clutch slips alot and to get it started i must get it in the 1250,1500Rpm Range at every stop or else the engine stalls. Some paint chipped off on the interior of the drivers door. Other than that the car is in good condition.

I would also like to have your insight on which kind of synthetic oil would be better for my engine on transmission.?

sorry for the bad grammar I really can't help it.

Yeah, really. Make sure to get all the facts straight first and then we can help diagnose the problems. As far as I know the 1.8L and 2.0L have been the only engines offered since 2000. am I mistaken? I can imagine a very worn clutch slipping with a large load (7people!!!), but it should de the same thing unloaded going up a steep hill or in a WOT situation.

i believe the man who started the thread is from canada, judging by the fact that he posted his mileage in kilometers. and also because theres a post in the engine board about an ES owner in Canada with a 1.6L.......oh and im very sure that the 1.8s were the lowest starting in 2001, cause i have a 2000 and its a 1.6
