Sylvania Silverstars in Canada

Does anyone know were Silverstar bulbs can be purchased in Canada...Online or retail. I tried the Sylvania website and so far 3 of the dealers I went to do not carry the Silverstars. I tried crappy tire (Canadian tire) and they don't have them neither even though they have the Cool Blue bulbs.

I'll probably see if I can get a decent deal from a US online dealer but usually you get nailed with duty and shiping this way. If anyone got them in Canada, let me know were

www.powerbulbs.com $50 cad shipped to my door, came with free bright interior lights as well. Actually I got the phillips vision plus which are more expensive, so yours should be less, they carry sylvania.

Oh, crappy tire can order them in, just talk to someone who knows what they're doing.

I don't know if they are offering it up there, but I picked up a $10 mail-in rebate with the Silverstars I bought yesterday. It expires 6/30/03.

They have the coupon on sylvania.com. If you go to automotive lighting and click on Silverstar High Performance Halogen to the right and then on Save $10 now and print in out.

ES2.0GT, thanks for the website. I just ordered the Philips bulbs instead. They are actually cheaper than the silverstars. I heard better things about them, but they were only available in the UK. Didn't realize it was so cheap to get them shipped here. I just figured the Sylvania's would be easier to find here.

Anyways, thanks again

Just ordered one pair each, Phillips H7 All Weather Vision, and H7 Vision Plus bulbs. Just under $90 for both sets.

Any problems with powerbulbs.com? How long for shipping?

Thanks,
Jim

seems i've started a trend, i think it was negatize who first mentioned the site. but yeah, great place to buy from, except your package comes in german i believe. If you can't install them yourself you shouldn't be buying them

No problem from powerbulbs.com. Package was shipped well, wrapped in buble wrap, in a sturdy cardboard box. They say 5 business days, it was more around 10 I think, but overall not bad, just don't expect it by the end of the week!

the small bulbs are amazing! put them in your map lights, change one at once, you'll see the difference!

MackDaddy, why did you get two different sets?

cheap shipping? I thought it was free? can't get cheaper than free!

Good to hear

I've heard nothing but good things about Vision Plus. Had to give them a try.

Couple of friends have something similar to the All Weather Vision bulbs (yellow.) Had to give them a try as well.

I'll post up when they arrive.

Thanks
