Badges = gone So what I have some holes... if mazda wasnt so bloody lame there wouldnt be holes. It was the same way in my '03 B3000 there are 3 holes behind the badges. For your info the tape was on the backside so it didnt look super ghetto...Either way I dont care its just a car...

 

You are right - it's just car. I'm not super-**** about my car, but I'm certainly not going to ghetto-it-up on purpose.

But I see where you are coming from - I mean it's definitely MAZDA'S FAULT you have holes in your trunk lid. Yeah, I mean attaching badges in such a way that they are good and secure and get lined up properly at the factory - what the hell were they thinking?

There are absolutly no reason that holes should be there. Thats why double sided tape was inveneted...Are we in the stone age. This is the only car that I have ever had that had stupid *** holes behind the badges...Take for instance my old Subaru Impreza WRX tons of flippin badges on the truck, were there any holes behind those NO...

I dont get it. Most people rebadge cars to make them 'different' than other peoples, YET their arent alot of people with MazdaSpeed Proteges. Why mess with it?? To each his own, and I do respect that do what you want to your car thing.

All I can say is you should have done a search to find out about the holes. As Jim Mora would say "Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda".
