Question six speed for 2.0

Does anyone know if it is possible to put the 6spd from the miata to the 2.0's? Is this impossible or just way to expensive to do?

I was at the Performance Racing Industry trade show in Indianapolis last weekend and talked to the guys from Xtrac. They build many of the sequential gearboxes for the WRC and European Touring Car racing. They have a bell housing that will fit their 6-speed sequential transaxle to the FS motor. Whole package is about $22,000 though I don't see this in my future.

Yeah I was thinking about that this morning, figured with the rwd it would be pretty tough to do. How about making the 5th gear a bit taller? Or should I just leave well enough alone until more mod parts come out? 22k?Oof! One could almost by the six speed miata for that.
