Angry Replacement Tranny

My Auto is Leaking Tranny Fluid and this is the one i just had replaced under warranty a few weeks back on my P5. I kept seeing spots in my driveway and i finally checked under the car there was tranny fluid all over the place. i even filled it yesterday and the car didn't move today a nice puddle of new tranny fluid on the floor. Im going back to the dealership tomorrow.

Slushbox issues

That sucks dude

In your Warranty manual there is all kinds of goofy stuff about lemon laws. Depending on your state you may get a full refund for that purchase price of you car. It may take three times or even 5(the same problem occruring in a certain amount of time), again depending on your state. If that happens buy a 5-sp. They are far superior and less complicated. If you do not know how to drive one yet it would definately be in your best interest to learn.

Sorry about the bad luck man

Yeah im definitely going to go Manual next time so i will have to go through a learning curve. That's what happens when your parents only own an Auto and thats what your taught to drive when you first learn.

yep, but youll love the manual, im soo glad i driveone, that and im incredibly happy i was taught to drive a manual right off the bat so i had lots of experience behind the wheel of a manual (1 year...... i put in 200hours of driving, and took drivers ed at a certified school so i didnt have to take the driving test at the dmv) so im pretty slick with my stick i love it, hope you do, just make sure take that foot off the gas before you shift.... arg my friend does that and his dad does it too.... leave their foot on the gas while shifting.... ahhhh

but good luck, hope all goes well

same thing here. I got my trans replace under warranty and my pro leaks some. I think it might just be a lil though. But i really cant tell because my wifes 626's trans was leaking fluid by the bottle. So my drive way is covered in it right now. When i decide to get off my lazy *** ill clean it. But anyway....

Picked up my P5 Today they said the pan gasket was leaking and they resealed it and added fluid. Now we will see if any other probs occur.
