I can get some pics, but it's a 90 MX-6 GT...Total sleeper. Turbo. Auto Adjusting Suspension, rear tie bar, Rear strut tower bar, 24.2 MM rear sway bar, all come stock. I added 3" exhaust, Stage 2 Clutch, CAI....Good for probably about 170hp, 230 lb ft of torque at the wheels.

I think im going to go find an 86 grand am and rip its sills off. That looks nice! That will be right after I fix the damage some limo did to my fender. Dirty limo. Its very minor, little bondo and a quick spray job will fix it.

Anyway... was there ANY mod at all for thoes side sills? I mean, you painted them and taped em on? Thats it? OH BTW Goldpro - im moving back to maine on 23MAY. Maybe ill see you up there, if your still in the guard.

That's all I did...They are a perfect fit...not only are they the right length, but they even wrap around into the front and back wheel well a bit if you wanted to use a screw to secure them, and there is already a hole in them provided,lol...It WAS hilarious how good a match they were...When I went to the junkyard I measured like 10 times before I pulled them, I just couldnt believe it was going to be that easy, but it was.I just ripped 'em off and painted them..They would probably look better with a proffesional paint job, but nobodies noticed i painted 'em myself yet. I just used the color match paint and clear coat and prepped them real good...

As mentioned previously in this thread, I was probably going to end up doing a crankcase vent filter similar to macdaddyslomo. I think it looks awesome. Clearance around the filter is better than what the pics suggest. To get the APC filter to fit correctly on the valvecover nipple, I had to make a spacer out of a rubber hose (about 1/16" thick). It fits tight now. I also made sure to label a pic with the kind of rubber cap I used to block off the otherwise open hole on the intake, because some of you asked.
