one thing to check is in the trunk, sometimes from the factory they don't attach the cover that attaches to the hatch (i don't know what its called) but upon further inspection i noticed a whole lot of little scuffs in the plastic panels in the trunk, due to the cover just being placed in the trunk probably rattled around in there and thus the scuffing and scratching
i refused to take the car, soo they told me to bring it back to get it relaced, and since it was there fault not mine i told them to give me something since i now have to bring the car back, soo i got a cool aluminum mazda coffee mug and touch up paint ! i brought the car back and got new panels installed !!
