At this point none. The PIE interface only provides line-level inputs into the HU from the iPod's headphone output.
I understand that Dension has an adapter called IceLINK that works with the PIE interface to connect to the iPod's firewire port that not only provides digital output, but also will allow you to control the iPod using the HU's CD disk controls (skip/repeat tracks, etc.).

I ended up getting the neo ion from www.mp3yourcar.com - works really good and the install was cake.

I have a sweet setup that is all hardwired behind my dash, which took a lot of re-doing to get it how I wanted it for an ultra clean look. I use a panavise bracket ($49 tho, sux) for a clean look with a pda clamp mount by arkon (both are black on my black interior). I use the belkin car kit which I installed a seprate cig lighter behind the dash. I used the ai-net to female rca cable from my alpine..then from male rca to mini-jack with a ground loop isolator (all behind the dash and secure). So all you see is my ipod in a clamp on the right side of my headunit with a white cable that attaches to the bottom of my ipod through the dock connector port (cable comes out at top left corner of glove box and is hidden behind bracket.) I tried the cable comming out from the console bezel...and a few other places...the simple place of the glove box seems to look the best.
My iPod turns on when I turn on my car and pauses it then turns it off when I turn it off. If you guys want some pictures please specify. peace.
