intake
#2
This has been discussed to the ground but I'll answer your question before a moderator gets ahold of you.
Installing a K&N air filter will add a very small amount of power. Unlike a CAI it does not modify your intake piping (or routing) which has a major function of reducing noise. Because it does not make your routing more efficient it is really a useless upgrade unless you want to save money on the long run by not buying air filters. If you want extra power get a CAI.
