To whomever said that people shouldn't feel obligated to mod their cars and that they don't see their parents modding their cars...
People have a right to do what they choose to their vehicles to customize them and make them unique. And well, I'm 16 and my both of my parents who 50 and 55 have modded their cars. My dad's is a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville SE with the Supercharger tacked on and various other performance mods like a borla exhaust and so on. My mom has a 2002 Camry Solara and she has bought TRD parts for it. I mean how many 55 yearold ladies have you see with 18's? I mean come on, I've seen old men driving trans ams with flowmaster's and such on them. People mod their cars to make them unique and others to make them fast.

Now to get back on subject, I would go for the speed rather than the looks at first. Its one thing to have a car that looks fast but a whole nother to have a car that IS fast.

I think I had a special moment last night.. I don't think I can get a CAI with a sports trans.. Wouldn't there not be any room b/c of my trans? Anyway.. I'm not from Woodbridge, I'm from a little hole in the wall town like right NEXT to it.. And there are at least 3 other pros.. including my friend's mom.. and about 3 p5s. I think it'd be pretty interesting to get ppl together.. But.. There are quite a few people, like my friend's mom.. Who just don't care what car they have. Idk.. Anyway.. I HAVE seen at least two blue MP3's around here.. I'm at WC almost everyday for work.. Work is boring.

maybe try searching to see what other people have done MOD wise. Thatway you can get some idea as to what you can do to your car.

Why do people think that as soon as you buy a car, you have to mod it? Come on, There are plenty of people who buy a car and keep it stock. Take your parents as an example. you don't see them buying a car and souping it up?
that is what my kids see every day....and always will!!! :{D
