I need help removing rear seats on a P5

Hi.

Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on removing all sections of the rear seats on a P5. I need to remove the rear seats to get them re-trimmed, so if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
TDK

1) Unlpug the middle seatbelt buckle by pushing with a key on the little gray part. (the middle seatbelt has 2 buckle connections)

2) Remove headrests.

3) Grab the loop (about big enough to put one finger through) on the bottom of the seat, where the seat part connects to the carpet, near the door. There are two of these, one on each side of the car. When u grab the loop, pull it directly up i think, and the seat bottom should pop out. You can fold it forward or disconnect the whole thing by squeezing the 2 bars t ogeher and disconnecting the latch.

4) Pull the plug thin next to where the headrests were and fold the seats down

:P!

The bottoms are easy, pull the seat bottoms up with the nylon strap and unlathc the little yellow latch underneath. Gently pull the seat towards the out side and the hooks should slide out. Be carefull, I've broken the plastic bushing that actually clamps the seat down adn now its a real pain in the a## to put the seats back in. Repeat for the other side. The backs are going to be a bit more difficult, I think that they are connected to the fabric of the back cargo area. Anyone have any ideas w/o having to cut the fabric?
