Flushing Coolant

Once the weather starts warming up I'm going to start with some maintenance on this new P5 and one of the things I want to do is flush the coolant. I know your suppose to use demineralized water and was wondering is the water from a dehumidifier the same?

Hmm .. I dunno about that but I'm pretty sure you're safe if you just get some regular distilled water.

I agree with krazie, just use distilled water. It's not expensive, and you know for sure it's the right water to use.

OR, you could splurge the extra dollar or two and get the pre-mixed (50/50) coolant stuff.

Actually - yes it is. As long as it doesn't pick up any heavy metal or corrosion from the coils. If the coils look clean - yeah, go ahead and use it.
It is distilled water.
