Fabric Wear

Has anyone experienced fabric wear on the driver side door? I'm noticing a wear spot and have only had it for 4 months.

Another question - I've heard don't use amor all on the dash, the guys at my local detailing shop said use Eagle One, looks to be the same stuff. What do you use?

the material that is used on our doors is a faux suade material....and it will mat down and look worn....try taking a little brush and brushing the material.....

I use a product made by Dry Wash & Guard. it works wonderfully....and it smells good too! its also the same product I use on my tires...and although it doesn't give them that look that you just dipped them in some wet goo....it does on the other hand make them look EXACTLY like a brand new tire does. they are shiney...just not WET looking.

Hitting the spot with a vacuum works wonders, also - stands the fibers back up, and makes it look good as new.

i have the same problem...that means everytime i get out of my car i'd have to vacuum that area...too much trouble...the wear signs look more than just getting matted down and i've only had my car for 4 months...now there are some wierd squeaks going on when i go over bumps
