first, if you get THIN fabric and then try to glue it back on you will see the glue. So if you get diffrent fabric try to get the same thickness. Im sure you could go to an auto upolstry place and they have some. You could try some craft stores
But ive been thinking about doing the same thing. I went up to one of the auto upholstry places and they said to do the doors, and the middle of all four seats it would cost around $800 and then he said "then we need to pick out the fabric" HA!!!! That woulda cost about a grand. Anyway so i came to the conclusion of taking off the fabric on the door and then dying it and then glueing it back on. Anyway just my .02

Try contacting a leather seat supplier, such as www.leatherseats.com (Katzkin).

Included in every kit is a color-matched set of leather (umm...maybe good grade vinyl?) inserts for the fabric on the doors. They are pre-cut (they say pretty close, but give a sweet tutorial on trimming and installing them) and come in the same range of colors as the seats.

I'm sure they'd be willing to deal in only the inserts, if that's what you're after. I know it's not fabric, but the leather (?) will look better and more upscale anyway.
