I ordered my lip for the pro5 like 2weeks ago and still have not
received it. i asked for a tracking number they wont give it to me.
they also ignore my emails...

man, never buying anything from them again...heck i think
im going to dispute the order with the creditcard company
and get a refund.

I've heard that they are best to get in touch with by phone and two weeks is pretty minimal for their stuff. In general they seem to work very slow. On the other hand I have yet to hear one complaint about the product once it arrives.

 

they should put allow up to 3 weeks for delievery on their site
then. then i would not have ordered in the first place.

there are parts that i ordered from japan...those ship to me
within 5-7business days...thats over 5,000miles away communicated via email.

the service sounds lame to me.

 

I got my lip and carbon fiber engine cover couple months ago. Before they had the brackets for the cover. I order and three days later I get. Depends I guess. Two weeks seems crazy. Also prices changed daily need to watch them.
