Exclamation Amber Lights and Pedals

Anyone taken out/ or tried to get the amber light cover in the front headlight out?

Also, has anyone used the type R racing pedals in their p5,
I'm looking at changing my stock ones, so if anyone has any comments or tips it's a big help.

what?

Does anyone know what this guy is trying to say, I went to search and found nothing on the topic.

Mabey it was bad wording, not clear corners, the amber lens inside the front headlights. If anyone has any clue please help.

Just change the turn signal bulb. It's a 1157. Go for the $$ on this one I bought shitty blue ones and thought they would go white, I was wromg they are still a little yellow. But at least they're not blue and I can't get a ticket.

Unhappy

For the ambar light I guess you can see from protege forum FAQ.

You have to take out the housing out, and then pell the amber cover on each side (many honda driver do this too) than glue it again carefully.

For the middle ones, I have the same difficulity
I bought two pair of white bulb which is a 1157 and
1157 L.
At first, I thought "L" is a represent for long so i am pretty sure that it wont fit.
But after I tried both bulb, none of them fit on the headlight.
I got strees up, and I don't know why this can happen.
This bulb I bought from local pepboys store for $ 2.90 - $ 3.80 a pair.

For racing pedal, I used another inexpensive brand.
The pedal fits nicely, and looks cool too...
just becareful when you install them because sometimes if it doesn't fit
It his happen , it means that you have to take out the rubber on the original pedal.

I hope this help

so you wanna change out the amber turn signals, right? no problem, especially if you take a look in your owners manual, cuz it says exactly how to do it. you just pop open the hood, look down at your light housing, and unscrew that light in the direction it says. then ya just change it out with whatever color you want, and presto, no more amber in front. i changed mine on my P5 to hyper white, and i don't even have a hint of yellow/amber in it.

but i gotta warn you, you gotta check your state's statutes, because i know here in texas, to have any color that's not between amber and white as your turn signals, is illegal. just check it out.
