What to do about speed if I want a warranty?
Am I missing something or am I out of options for increasing speed without voiding the engines warranty?

The warranty issue has been beaten to death elsewhere. Use the search function if you are interested in reading everyones varying opinions about the warranty. If you want to know for certain, call Mazda North American Operations or Mazda Canada and ask them specifically about what you would like to do.
