I am not sure if this has been talked about before. If it has then I am sorry for the repost. My question is doea anybody know how to remove the govenor from the car??? Maybe its just the 2000 ES I have but at 117mph it kicks in and the car drops to about 110mph. I was also wondering if the Haltech would be an item that would eliminate that problem??? Any suggestions.
