Interest in turbo manifolds??

We finally got our online site back up, but havent reopened the online store yet as we are working out details of new items. We have switched to building in house turbo parts instead of an outside vendor. We will be producing a limited quantity of cast manifolds for the FS-ZE 2.0LDOHC motor. We can set them up w/ a T3, T28 or TO4 flange...price would be around $320(probably a lil less)...would this be something of interest, or do you all prefer just to buy a kit? I figure this way, you can peice together your own kit for less then one would cost to buy...let me know your input...

turbos

A good kit for the do-it-yourselfer would be a manifold and new turbo sold together. That way the customer can buy all the other stuff to better suit their needs. eg. I'd like a tubular mani and t28 ball bearing turbo. I can build my 3" exhaust and downpipe, my intercooler piping, and I can source my own intercooler and fuel management. Just a thought.

That may be a possibility. We are working on getting a vendor for garret turbos..but it hasnt come through yet. Our manifolds are actually cast 1/8"thick runners w/ either 1 & 5/8" or 2" OD piping. Right now, we are looking for cost efficient products to sell to the public..full length tubular manifolds take longer to make and are more expensive to sell...they will be offered in the future. Our manifolds will offer great flow and we can weld on external deltagate flanges if needed too...

Full turbo kits are also coming by '04 for under $2500 for the protege, celica, mr2, 240sx, and a few hondas...

Also, when we used to offer full tubular turbo kits for rx7s..we have noticed that using 3.8mm Mild steel w/ ceramic coating offers more cooling and better endurance under stress compared to SS...so we may be offering ceramic coating to these manifolds as well for an extra cost...
