intakes for automatic same as manual?

Yes there is a difference. At least with the AEM. The 5speed version will not fit properly on an automatic because the 5 speed version goes down near the tranny and an auto tranny leaves less room.

No dude...you got it wrong.
The 1.8 L engine AND the 2.0 L AUTO tranny uses 22-480.
The 2.0 L MANUAL tranny (regardless of P5 or sedan) uses 22-481.
