As well as the hose clamps were pretty shitty, did anyone else have to go buy better one? I for one expect better from a kit for any price from any manufacturer , i don't think for spending less the product should be inferior..
Sad to say but the old adage that yo get what you pay for is true in most cases

AS far as the clamps go I just went to my local Canadian Tire and bought some 3 1/2 inch clamps and replaced them all when I cut my intake to fit. Pretty easy to do. I also made a new bracket as per the suggestions on the install threads.

BTW I would modify it as soon as possible. I waited and when I cut the pipe I noticed that the master cylinder had almost rubbed a hole through the pipe. So don't delay!

my ractive doesn't rub at all, if you take the bracket they send you and bend it alittle up, and bolt it onto the engine. works like a charm, took me 2 min in a parkinglot, ipost a pic soon
