flywheel for the 1.6!!
Im talking to this guy at ACT clutches and he told me that next year they are going to start producing new flywheels for Miatas. Thats kinda good news, well sorta. Anyway, about flywheels for the Protege, he said this:
So what I ask is for those that want the flywheel for the 1.6 liter Protege, e-mail David Koyle at dkoyle@advancedclutch.com and tell him you want them to be made.
the Protege is
up in the air right now we have to see if there is going to be a demand
before we can start production. The tooling for the chrommoly forgings is
very expensive so there has to be a large demand for the flywheels before
ACT can give it the ok.
