You have the same one I got. You need to go to Home depot or lowes and buy 2 cuplers. They only send one, thats why its so cheap. Cost 3-4 bucks boil them that will give you enough time to get them on the pipes Ill post a picture of mine.

Well I don't seem to have one. So maybe this will help.
The long pipe with one bend conects to the intake manifold with the corner cupling. Then the mas air flow (BE CAREFUL) goes on the other end. Then the other pipe goes to the hole under the radiator bottle.

Here I just went and took some.

There is a bolt on the side of the radiator that I bent down and put the bottle on. you'll see. If none right you want have to buy anything except the 2 cupling.

Well it looks like your cai doesnt come with all the couplers so unless it came with them all (just not pictured) or you bought them before hand, got get them.
The 90 degree coupler goes from your tb(throttle body) to the first intake pipe the one with the little bung on it, after that you put one coupler on then the MAF then another to connect it to other pipe.(still with me??)
Heres a pic to help you

Look at the 2 pics, see where his bottle is and see mine. I didn't like it stuck out like that. BUT I wished I had his blue rubblers!

I moved my bottle where the blue circle is - and my setup looks exactly the same, except my pipes were blue and be sure to support your MAF somewhere... mine was the bolted next to the battery. would take pictures, but I don't have my blue car anymore.

that looks like what mine will end up looking like if I ever getting it down. I need those couplers to attach the MAF, and the one I bought only came with one which did me no good. I wish I could get 21 more blue one, but will most likely have to deal with what I can find

Go to the pluming section. At my store the cuplers were on the wall. Just match it up as close as you can with out get on bigger. Thats why I said to boil them. If it's a little smaller they will stretch just enough.
