So I put on custome 2 1/4 inch exhaust and I msot say it has a lot more soom in it then I thought..my question is. so I have 2 cats..I have the one under the manifold or whatever and one in the middle whick is now a hi-flow cat. How can I eliminate the cat under the manifold? I know it has an 02 sensor. so do I just throw my hi-flow cat there or what? I see no point in having TWO cats on such a little car

wagner motorsports sells a high flow dp with cat or a dp w/o cat...you could also add a 4-2-1 header and mil eliminator...
try searching the forums...

 

i'm not 100% sure but I believe obx makes a 4-1 header for the 2.0 and 1.6L....it'll remove the first cat and add some extra top end.

the obx 4-1 header is a 4-1 header WITH downpipe... it's basically a long tube runner with a collector just before the bottom of the engine and then the collected runners turn under the motor and bolt up to the mid pipe.

where might I get this pbx 4-1 header?? I have a 1.6? since this header will eliminate that car where would the o2 censor go?
