Maybe look into Brullen Exhaust (they're in Toronto even).
Apparently their stuff is excellent and sounds really nice .. check out the Toronto Subaru Club, they have lots of posts on their message board about the exhausts.

Main website:

Local dealers:

I'm not sure if they make a Protege exhaust yet, but maybe they would make one if there was enough interest. Their website also says they will do custom setups..

Brullen has had a cat-back system out for the P5 for some time now...it shouldnt be too hard for them to make one for the sedans.

I would recommend Magnaflow...they are one of the best sounding mufflers I have heard...next to mine of course!!
