from what ive heard the Ground Control coilovers are good, Overboost.com has them...but ull pay out the *** for anything there, try NOPI.com too.

But i think coilovers have a stiffer ride then the springs. Im still deciding myself....

you bet your ***, they ride stiffer, I just rather springs cause it is better to stay close to the stock setup ... I have mazdaspeed shocks along with BG Springs, I used to have Kyb shocks and Intrax springs and also KYB shocks and weapon R coilovers

well the rear springs on the protege , the coils mount on the outer edge of the strut mount , there is a rubber part in the center with a lining that guides the spring , in other words the spring sits outside this rubber part, when I had the weapon R's they did not sit the same as factory, the pearch sat inside of the strut mount wich caused constant sqeaking noises when driving around.. To be honest I rather just go for a good or the best set of springs and put them on the car,.. just better to me , If you want to go with coilovers then get or try to find (good luck) a complete coilover set up
