Dose anyone know if the "ground control coil overs"from nopi will fit
my car perfectly (01es) and if so how hard is to install them to my
car

If you're in Fremont you should come to our shop in San Jose and check the Proteges out.

I would reccommend going with Ground Control over the Skunk system. The GC is much better in terms of hardware and what not.
