2010 Mazda 3 2.5L

I'm getting a P2009 indicating low voltage at the manifold runner solenoid.

I checked resistance and got 0.38k Ohms on the black and 0.33k ohms on the red.

Does anyone have the specified resistance for these?

And what is a good way to get power into those little spaces to see if they work? (my alligator clips are way too big) Is there an easy low cost jerry rig way to do this?


On a possibly related note:
I'm also frequently getting my passenger door open warning with my interior lights coming on (when it is tightly closed). I have also had intermittent horn failure, and once a fully drained battery.

Is there a commonly worn spot on the harness that I can check?
