Do i have to take the whole bumper off just to get my head lights out? I can see the screws holding them in, atleast i think there the screws holding them in.

Take out the grill. It'll make it easier to take out the headlight.

just did this today, the best bet to taking your headlights out is taking off both corner lights, then your center grille (held in by one screw at the top center and four clips on each corner of the grille) then use a 10mm socket with an extension and remove the 4 bolts holding the black bracket to the headlight, this will fully remove the headlight, is most thorough and does what you need it to do.
peace
