So, did you get it out?
I had the same problem that you mentioned. The special socket wasn't able to break it loose. It just started stripping it. I removed the radiator to get more space, but in the end I ended up removing the manifold and will have to take it somewhere, probably Sunbelt, since is down the road from me, to have them remove the 02 sensor from the manifold.
