Plated rotors - best prices?

I can't take the rust anymore! I put new alloys from the '03 LX Pro on my car and the rotors look like crap behind them. I've read through all the threads regarding xdrilled/slotted vs. blank rotors and realized that I don't need anything beyond regular 'ol rotors. But most regular 'ol rotors aren't plated and that's my biggest concern. Brembo carries a oem replacement rotor - TireRack sells them for ~$40 each, but they aren't plated. To step up to plated I'd have to go to Power Slot and they're $97 each. I was hoping to find something cheaper than that. Anybody seen any good deals on plated rotors? Darryl - are you still doing your Brembo group buy, and if so, are your's plated?

<edit> Ok my bad Darryl, I see that your's are zinc plated. Please tell me you're still doing this group buy!

you can have a local brake shop coat them for you, i beleive it would run around $10 each rotor, depending on the shop.

As for my group buy, it came and went. It was small, as when it came time for payments, everybody disappeared. But the deal is still there and i'd like to get another one going.

There is also another group buy for rotors in the "for sale/wanted" section. I'm not sure about the details, but i do not think they are coated.

Yeah, I've seen that other group buy - er, no thanks! I'd rather go with one that you're working on as I'm sure you've got all the bases covered. Real Brembo's in real Brembo boxes, what a concept . Well, I'm definitely in on another group buy. How many people do you need? I would be buying all four corners and I won't go run and hide when it's time to ante up.
