some people will tell you that you need a hydraulic press to get the bushing out and the new ones in, but i replaced all the suspension bushings on my old triumph spitfire with a bench vise and two sockets. it should take you the better part of a full day to get at all of them.

Pat (GTX140) will hopefully reply here, since he did these himself a while back on his first gen.
I believe he needed a real press for a couple but did the rest himself.
Old British Sportscars can be taken apart with an adjustable wrench and a hammer
, so they dont count

did mine on my honda with a butane torch to break the seal and a socket and a rubber mallet took my a full day to do the whole car. Yes I said a butane torch thats what energy suspension recommends if you don't have a press but those press's are only 80 bucks. good luck
