Where's the tranny fill plug?

I have a 91 Protege GT with the 1.8L dohc engine and mauual transmission, I'm trying to locate the filler plug / bolt on the transmission in order to change the gear oil. I have looked all around and can't locate the bugger. Can anyone tell me where it is?

Thanks

Remove the speedometer cable, there is where you gonna fill it... Remove the 10mm bolt and pull it out , the oil should be at the top of the plastic gear at the end of the speedometer cable.
