Here's a different way to look at it. Reach all the way back to Moments in Statics...If you needed to change the tire on your car and you have 2 tools, a 6" tire iron and a 12" tire iron which one would take the rusted lugs off easier? The 12" due to the extra leverage which produces more torque on the rusty subject at hand.

Do you think I like study Political Science or something? Im a 3rd year mechanical engineering major at the University of Florida. I've found that having a basic knowledge of the english language and how we use it is quite useful in communication.... maybe I'm the only one... [/B]
I'm a 3rd year ME at Wichita State, my knowledge of the English language is basic...It sounded good when I wrote it, but damn everyone looks over sh*t at some point. Applauds! You've won a cookie.

Then when it hits a higher rpm it smooths out, but its doing this out of 1st. I don't know that it is the clutch that I am having problems with, I just thought that could be a possibility.
That's not slippage, but my car does that sometimes too. I suspected it was my ram air getting watter somewhere it shouldn't be because it only hapepns when it's wet outside.

I've got to thinking about it since this post and I know its not the clutch. Im leaning more towards a the plugs/wires/cap/rotor area or I need a new feul filter. Im pretty sure it has nothing to do with my intake or clutch, but its starting to **** me off as it does it all the time now. Seems like on warmer days it wont do it as much, maybe just coincidence.

It sounds like a fuel filter problem. Jon

Replace the wires as well. Sometimes the connection part of the wires don't contact the plugs if they were pulled on incorrectly.

I have a question for all of the people that think that they know all about a clutch. I have no pedal left. the fluid is full and i have not have any problem with it slipping, not like what you guy's are talking about. i can do the whole torque thing but i still have no pedal left. so WTF is happening and what should i do with it.
