it would be dependant on the the shops that do that kind of work in your area.....go to the yellow pages and look up COATINGS and you will certainly find a list of shops....start calling them and just tell them what you have and what you want done.....
someone posted somewhere around here not long ago that they were getting their wheels done and they had found a shop to do them for like $40 each....that was to strip them....blast them....and powder coat them.
