not sure, but i think its for filling the tire w/ nitrogen, all air comes out that valve, while nitrogen goes in other.

probably be a quite a while before i sell them. i put my extra set of 17"s on my wife's car... so saving up to buy wheels for her stock 16"s, then i'll put those 17"s on my car, sell mine off my msp... save up and buy the 17"s i want.
