Well, 2 days ago i went to my mazda dealership, the one on regent for all those wpger's, and i ask about getting a leather option in my future car. There weren't any, but they said they have a company who would put leather in it, so i ask how much, they said $1400, i was like WTF!!!! and that was only the front 2 seats, i wanted to whole car covered, front and back. But as most dealers in winnipeg they aren't really smart, he didn't know the price for the whole thing. So now i come to you guys and wondering how much did you pay for leather, front and back?

I think it depends on the dealership but there are also two costs to consider. Leather and heated leather. Leather for the COMPLETE interior should be around $1500 Canadian and with heated front seats should be another $500 or so. I also have two levels of heat with my seats, high and low. Lots of safety features on the heaters to avoid damage. I love them.

Check with the different dealers or even auto detailers in the city. I got the dealer to install mine when I bought my P5 and they are covered under Mazda's warranty program.

Got mine istalled like chris b4 i picked the car up. as for the accesory warrenty I think it's only 1 yr on dealer accesories, i thought only true mazda accesories came with the full car warrenty?
back to the leather, I paid 1400 for mine. I got the front, rear and doors done plus the custom baddging.

Dude, I have heard some bad things about that dealership. I've done some shopping around and I will definately be buying from Destination Mazda once I unload my Blazer. Go there and talk to Shaun. He might be able to work out a better deal for you...

Fireball man, I'm not usually a big fan of leather but those seats look HOT!!! HS8 if you could score something like that you would definately have one of the sweetest Protege5's in Winnipeg

Richard you are probably right with respect to the 1 year warranty on the leather and I might have confused it with some of the other accessories I got which are Mazda parts, like my roof rack.

Hey FireBall, sounds like you got a real good deal there as I had heard that the extra badging is an additional $250 if you can believe it. I guess you don't have heat with that price do you?

I can't beleive I didn't get the heated seats with my leather,..... I should have sprung for that too while I was blinded with new car fever in the showroom,.... of course now that I've regained my senses, and am watching my dwindling cash supply I'll have to wait till my lotto numbers hit big.
