Just what we need, to be busted by the cops. I can see the headlines now, "Protege Nuts busted for drinking in public" . I thought we would go for a cold one after. There is an East Side Mario's around the corner.

Not underage. Just thrifty I'd never pass up an opportunity for someone else to supply me with beer.

I was kidding by the way

Good idea, Jason. I'll bring a cooler of some drinks, ice tea, coke, etc.

So, is it Miata or Protege?

You guys decide...
Well, we did see the Miata last time and we can make it an all Protege meet. That would be neat. Hey I'm a poet an ddon't know it.

As for East Side Mario's, Cam, my wife and I got in no problem. Should be okay for those who want. Isn't there also a Boston Pizza lounge there by South Edmonton Common also?

Well that is promising

I'd need more than a lunch hour to wash my car. I don't know if I am too picky or the slowest bastard on the planet when it comes to washing my car. Just for an exterior wash I take about 2 hours or so. If I am waxing the car and wheels...well most of the day.

I'm the same, but since i only have a lunch hour, it'll have to do.

Just gonna head to the Husky wand wash and blast it really good.

Not gonna try to do a pro job or anything, since it WILL rain on my car again in the near future...

Hey Jay, yeah what's up with that . We also take long to wash the car. You know you do the wetting thing, then the soaping thing, then the rinsing thing and then the chamois. That last part takes the longest I think. Now if there are bugs, well then we are scrubbing the front for awhile.

I tried one of those do it yourself wand washes recently and it sucked. I was not impressed. It was not a Hughes so maybe that was why. Only spent a $1.00 and that was enough to let me know it was awful.

All of my neighboors thing I am some kind of car obsessed freak. Like washing your car once a week is something bad Last time I waxed it I was out there for at least 5 hours, got the most irritating sunburn. Some of my neighboors made comments like: "You keep washing it and you'll wear the paint off", "Boy you sure like to keep your car shiny"....I feel like telling them to **** off and wash there rusted out POS Blazer. Oh well

Now I always hand wash my car...in the summer. In the winter I don't have much choice but to go to a wand wash place. The only thing I wonder is if the wand wash soap strips wax off? Drying the car is what takes me the most time too. Since I don't have a garage and have to resort to washing my car in the sun I have to keep re-wetting it to get rid of all the water spots. But it isn't too bad, Silver kicks *** for this

All I know is that I am not going to be the only guy to show up with a dirty car this time

Jay
