Powdercoating Available

can't powdercoat heat shield and fuse box cover....for one the fuse box cover is plastic. it would melt into nothingness. The Heatshield gets so hot that it would require special "burner" colors....the two large pictures listed above....hi-temp black and silver are both good colors and good for a 1000* and 1200* peak temps. These colors will fade some though as anything that gets that hot will.
To get a g-i-t-d green you'd want to pick a lighter shade of green, maybe a sharp (crayola) green or even a neon green to match your neon lights. The lighter the color the more it will glow.

The heat shield and manifold are the hottest parts of the vehicle and the only pieces that can't be covered by standard powdercoating.
Plastic can't be powdercoated...it only works on metal.
I do not know anything about G2 paint. I have never liked painted surfaces on a car. Powdercoating is just a much nicer finish that lasts longer and resists heat and corrosion.

I will not have a stock on hand immediatly. I'm currently in negotiations with Protegegarage.com to exclusively coat for them and Ken is in the process of working out a "core charge" system. Feel free to visit his site and email him for further info.
He's the brains, I'm the muscle.
p.s. He's also on here as "Ken@protegegarage"

just a pair of rims? Only two? Yeah calipers can be done but will have to be completly disassembled prior to shipping to me....all rubber and plastic has to be removed. These pieces get "cured" at about 450* so it has to be clear of plastic and rubber first.

There's really no point in blasting it for me because there's more to prepping it than just that.
Right now I'm shooting for $200. Once I see how well my new curing equipment runs I may be able to go a little less, but exact pricing isn't set yet.

constructing actually starts this weekend. tomorrow I have to steak the property with the city inspector and sometime next week they'll start and finish. I'm hoping to get the electrical done the following weekend.
Were you just wanting your valve cover done? Just a glossy safety red? That will look good! I'm going to try to get a wrinkle red finish like the new MS-M cover.
