I did an "eCheck" from my bank account (no-CC), and it said that it should clear today...I'm just going to wait, but yeah, I'm confused by Matty's comment about Monday....

He was just saying that because of the hold placed on everyones money, the money will be due by Monday instead of Friday. If you can pay today or tomorrow go ahead, but if you have to wait till Monday then that's OK, too. I'm still waiting for the hold to be released on mine, so it'll probably be tomorrow or Monday before my money is paid.

 

No, it feels more like frieday!

Hey guys,.....I'm glad things are starting to come together. Don't feel rushed or pressured to meeting a certain deadline, but I think we all want this done as soon as possible.

The only reason I even suggested waiting is so that everyone can be sure their refunds came through as promised. I want my header just as badly as you guys, but truth be told Nick and Andy are still waiting on the Laser-cut flanges so it'll be tuesday or or so before he can start on them. If you want to go ahead and re-pay feel free to do so. If you'd rather wait a few more days you can.

 

Okay well the $285 is still on hold in my account? I dunno what's up with that.. just Paypal being stupid I guess.

Anyway, I sent another $285 to you Matty instead. So you should have my payment now (still via PayPal).

I hate to say this, but I'm out. I can't come up with the money without stretching myself too thin. Family **** came up and I don't see any way for me to pull this off.

Here's the deal though....if anyone else backs out or can't delivery payment then the buy will have to remain open until enough buyers are paid. We have exactly enough right now but I already told the guys I was sending in at least 8 orders.

If any of you guys know any other local protege owners that want in on this make sure to let them know asap. I'm actually buying 2...one for the car and one I'm going to polish to see how nice I can do it....I might sell it for like $450 if I can get it to hold a mirror finish.

 

I am really riding the fence on getting the regular steel header. Hopefully my bank account will update on Monday and I can get a better idea of how much money I have sitting around. I've seen the prototype header in person and it is quality. It will work very well with my gutted pre-cat.
